今回は今年度から新しくISLの一員となった、ブヤントさんにインタビューしました。

 

Q1　簡単な自己紹介をお願いします。

 

モンゴルから来ました、ブヤントです。本名はビャムバドルジ ブヤントゴトホと長いのですが、ブヤントと呼んでください。

理工学部の1年生です。

スポーツが好きで、特にバスケットボールが大好きです。NBAファンで、NBAをよく見ています。

 

 

 

Q2　大学では何を勉強していますか？

 

私は建築都市・環境系学科、都市基盤EPに所属していて、都市基盤について学んでいます。

 

 

 

Q3　将来どのような仕事をしようと考えていますか？

 

都市基盤に関係した仕事をしたいと思っています。日本で学んだ都市基盤に関する知識を生かして日本で働き、いずれはモンゴルに帰って働きたいと思います。

でもまだどうなるかは分からないです。無事卒業しないと…

 

Q4　ISLという組織をどのように知りましたか？また、どうしてISLに入ろうと思ったのですか？

 

学校の紹介で知りました。様々な留学生がISLと関わっていることを知り、自分も留学生の友達を作ろうと思ったので、ISLに入りました。

 

Q5　日本に来て困っていることは何ですか？

 

友達がなかなかできないことです。

 

Q6　日本の好きなところはどんなところですか？逆に、日本の嫌なところはどんなところですか？

 

日本の文化が好きです。おもてなしの考え方などが素晴らしいと思います。

嫌いなところは特にありません。

 

Q7 趣味は何ですか？

 

NBA観戦です。ファンなので、NBAが好きな人とNBAについて語りたいです。

This time, I interviewed Buyanto. He is a new member of ISL from this semester.

 

Q1 can you introduce something about yourself simply?

 

I’m Buyanto, and I’m from Mongol. My real name is Byantogotokh.

I’m a freshman and majoring in foundations for urban development.

I like sports, especially basketball. I’m a NBA fan, so I often watch NBA games.

 

 

Q2 What kind of work will you do in the future?

 

I want to get job on foundations for urban development.

 

 

Q3 Which country will you work at? Japan or Mongol?

 

Making use of the knowledge that I will study at university, I will work at Japan after graduate from the university. But sometime, I want to work at my mother country.

 

 

Q4 How did you know ISL? And why did you join in ISL?

 

I found it when I joined in the introduction of Yokohama National University.

I found that many international students have to do with ISL, I think I make friends with them, so I joined in ISL.

 

 

Q5 Since you have come to Japan, do you have any problems?

 

I can’t make friends smoothly.

 

 

Q6 What do you like about Japan? On the contrary, what do you dislike about Japan?

 

I like Japanese culture. Japanese way of thinking like “omotenashi” is splendid.

And I have nothing about dislike of Japan.

 

 

 

 

 

Q7 What is your hobby?

 

My hobby is watching NBA games. I’m a NBA fan, so I want to talk with people who like NBA.

第二回インタビューを行いました。リスク共生社会創造センターのデンシャイさんです。 Vol.2 Interview is Den Sha I(Center for Creation of Symbiosis Society with Risk)

 

（English part is uneder the Japanese part ）

 

まず、自己紹介お願いします。

 

デンシャイです。中国から来ました。今年の四月から小林先生の研究室に入りました。

 

Q1：ISLについて知っていますか。

 

デンさん：知りません。

 

Q2：日本に来て困っていることは何ですか？

 

デンさん：日本の年金と保険ですね。あとは年末の年金調整です。法律のものが多いから外国人にとっては難しいです。

 

ISL：でも、そういう資料が読めますか？

 

デンさん：読めます。でも、専門な言葉なのでよく分からないです。これに自分の情報が当てまるのかどうかがわからないです。

 

ISL：他のことは何かあります？例えば、最近マイナンバーが導入されていますね。

 

デンさん：今、マイナンバーは何のために作るか分からないですが、前に新聞を見て税金は今年8パーセント、今年中に10パーセントになりますから、マイナンバーを作って、国民に何末お金を少し返すという話がありました。でも、このマイナンバーを使って自分が何を買ったか全部わかってしまいますよね。政府の人が自分自身の生活習慣が全部分かってしまいちょっと嫌です。

 

ISL：ISLで私たちは年金や保険やマイナンバーなどこのようなことを留学生に支援しているからぜひ困ったら来てください。

 

デンさん：そうですか。分かりました！！（笑）

 

 

 

Q3：ISLに期待することがありますか？例えば、ISLがパーティーとか交流会を行ったほうがよいなど？

 

デンさん：理工系留学生は色々な国から来るからコミュニケーションできるようなパーティーか、あるいは自分の文化についての説明会、短いコミュニケーション会がいいと思います。後は皆が一緒に外で旅行か日帰りの旅行しに行っても楽しいと思います。さらにいってしまうと自分の知識を希少的に紹介するシンポジウムがあればいいかな。つまり、留学生が日本人の学生や自民の人との活動を通じて、日本の文化が分かるようになれば良いかなと思います。

 

Q4：放課後で何かしていますか？（研究が終わったら何をしますか）

 

デンさん：ジムにいきます。

 

ISL：肉トレをしていますか？

 

デンさん：はい、そうですね。後、私はよく上野へ行きます。美術館か博物館の展覧を見に行きます。上野は遠いですが、先週はフランスの画家の絵を見ました。前は絵画が見て感想できないぐらい全くわかりませんでしたが、最近はやはりそんなに難しくないと思います。

 

Q5：デンさんは自炊していますか？

 

デンさん：毎日作っています。

 

ISL：日本の料理が好きじゃないから自炊していますか。

 

デンさん：大好きですよ。でも自炊したら、栄耀のバランスを取りやすいです。でも時間がかかります。

 

ISL：研究生は忙しいですね。日本の料理はどう思いますか。

 

デンさん：おいしい。実は出かけるときは必ず和食を食べます。和食はバランスがいいんですよ、野菜を使いますから。私は野菜が大好きです。

 

ISL：中国では、寿司とか刺身など生ものは食べますか？

 

デンさん：食べますよ。私寿司と刺身一番好きです。

 

 

 

Q6：なぜ日本を留学先に選んだのですか？

 

デンさん：最初の日本に来る理由は日本の漫画とアニメが好きな事です。日本の来る前によく日本の漫画とアニメを見ました。

 

ISL：何を見ましたか？

 

デンさん：・・・・。

 

ISL：名前はよく覚えないですか？

 

デンさん：漢字を見れば分かりますが・・・。

 

ISL：ドラえもんとか見ないですか？

 

デンさん：見ましたよ。

 

 

 

ISL：最近結構人気がある進撃の巨人は知らないですか？

 

デンさん：知らないです。でもガンダムを読みました。ガンダム知っていますか？

 

ISL：知っているけど読んだことないです。

 

 

 

 

 

Q7：日本語はどのぐらい勉強していますか？

 

デンさん：日本に来て日本語を勉強し始めました。

 

ISL：中国にいた時、日本語勉強しなかったということですね。

 

デンさん：勉強しなかったです。

 

ISL：去年の四月日本に来たのですか？

 

デンさん：いいえ、私2010年日本に来ました。

 

ISL：結構日本に住んでいますね。4，5年間ぐらいですね。日本語難しいですか。

 

デンさん：発音は難しいです。私は、漢字を見て分かるんですけど、どう読むか分からないです（笑）

 

 

 

Q8：学校生活はどんなところは楽しいですか？

 

デンさん：私は今研究しかしていないです。他のことはしていないです。

 

ISL：研究室の雰囲気はどうですか？

 

デンさん：研究室のみんなで、ゼミするときは楽しいです。ゼミの終わりに何か質問がありますかって聞かれたら質問をして、みんなで一緒に考えてどうやって正しい結果が出るかディスカッションします。後は、毎回ディスカションして、次はもっと大きな問題が出てきます

 

ISL：楽しいですね、研究室の友達同士の仲が良いのですか？

 

デンさん：なんか、みんなはよく遊びに行かないです。だいたい研究室にいます。

 

ISL：でも、声をかけるとき日本人のみんなは優しく答えますか？

 

デンさん：一人の日本人は面白いです。

 

ISL：よく友達と一緒にご飯食べていますか？

 

デンさん：あまりないです。ほとんど私が誘います。日本人はあまり少ないです。

 

ISL：ISLに来て新しい友達できますよ。

 

デンさん：今、私は友達がほしいです（笑）日本の友達が少ないです。何か活動に参加したいですが、見つかれないです。

 

ISL：じゃ、時々ISLに来て活動を手伝って欲しいですね。

 

デンさん、今日のインタビューを協力していただいてありがとうございます。じゃ、インタビュー後、ISLの場所を紹介しましょうか。

 

 

 

English　Part :

 

Firstly, can you introduce something about yourself ?

 

Miss Den : I am Den Sha I. I come from China. I entered the laboratory of Prof . Kobayashi since April this year.

 

Q1: Do you know what is ISL ?

 

Miss Den : No, I have no idea.

 

 

 

Q2: Since you have came to Japan , do you have any problems?

 

Miss Den : I have some troubles with the insurance and annuity pension of Japan. In Japan , there are a lot of kind of documents so it’s so hard for foreigners.

 

ISL: Can you read these documents?

 

Miss Den : Yeah, I can but sometimes there are some technical terms in them , so I don’t know that I accurately understand them or not.

 

ISL: And do you have trouble in anything else? For example, how about “my number” ?

 

Miss Den : I don’t know why they bring in “my number” but I have read in a newspaper that the consumption tax in this year is 8% but it will become 10% soon and with my number they can return the different variation of money between 8% and 10% easier. But I don’t really like it because with my number the government will know all of our daily trading . It’s not good.

 

ISL In ISL we will help foreign students to solve out all of problems about the kind of document like “my number” , so if you and your friend have any problems about it please come to us.

 

Miss Den : Oh, ok (laugh)

 

 

 

Q3: What do you expect of ISL? Do you want us to hold some party for foreign students ?

 

Miss Den : Yeah , I think if you can hold a party where science and technology of major of foreign students can talk together or a chance of introduce their countries culture will be something great. Further more, a day trip or a seminar for foreign students can talk about their major knowledge are not bad ideas.

 

ISL Thank you so much for all of your ideas.

 

 

 

Q4: What are you doing afterschool ?(Or what are you doing after finish your research day ?)

 

Miss Den: I am mostly going to the gym.

 

ISL : Are you doing body-building ?

 

Miss Den: Yes, I am. Beside of going to the gym , sometimes I also go to Tokyo , Ueno to see some exhibitions.

 

ISL : It seem so far from here .

 

Miss Den: Yes , it is quite far. But in last week, I went there and contemplate some pictures of a French artist. Recently, I often go to the exhibitions so I think my sense about the art become better . Now I think I can understand something from the pictures.

 

ISL : I will change topic a little but are you cooking by yourself ?

 

Miss Den: Yeah, I am cooking everyday .

 

ISL : Are you cooking because of you don’t like Japanese foods ?

 

Miss Den: No, I really love Japanese foods but I think I can take the balance easier by cooking by myself. But it’s taking much time of me.

 

ISL : Oh I see, I think graduate students are so busy . So , what do think about Japanese food ?

 

Miss Den: Delicious. When I go out I always have Japanese foods. I think Japanese food have a good balance because of vegetable. I very love vegetable.

 

ISL: Are you eating raw fish such as sushi and sashimi in China ?

 

Miss Den: Yeah, of course, sushi is my favorite food.

 

 

 

Q5: Why did you choose Japan to study ?

 

Miss Den:  At first , it is because of I am addicted in Manga and Anime of Japan. Before, I come here I read so many Manga.

 

ISL: What did you read ?

 

Miss Den: …. (um …..)

 

ISL : Do you remember any name of manga J?

 

Miss Den: I can recall them if I can see the Kanji .

 

ISL: Do you know Doraemon ?

 

Miss Den: Yeah , I already read it .

 

ISL : Recently, the manga of Attack on Titan is so famous ? Do you know it ?

 

Miss Den: No , I have no ideas (laugh). But do you know Gundam ?

 

ISL: Yeah, I heart about it but I have never read it before.

 

 

 

 

 

Q6: How long have you been studying Japanese ?

 

Miss Den: I started study Japanese since I came here.

 

ISL : You didn’t study Japanese in China ?

 

Miss Den:  It’s right .

 

ISL : And you came to Japan from the April of last year ….?

 

Miss Den: No, I came here since 2010.

 

ISL: Oh I see, so you are learning Japanese for 4,5 years . So, do you think Japanese is hard to study ?

 

Miss Den: The pronunciation is really hard. Furthermore, I can understand the meaning of the words when I see the Kanji but I don’t know how to spell it (laugh).

 

 

 

Q7: Do you think your campus life is fun and comfortable. And in what points you think it is fun ?

 

Miss Den: Now I’m just researching , I’m not doing anything else.

 

ISL: How is your laboratory’s mood ?

 

Miss Den: I think it’s fun when we do the seminars . When we finished our seminars, we ask the others about the questions and advices for our research. Every time , we discuss about our research you always find some news problems about it . It’s so funny.

 

ISL : I can feed how funny your laboratory a little . I think you have a good relationship with all your friends in laboratory.

 

Miss Den: But we do not go out much, most of our time , we spend in the laboratory.

 

ISL : Do your Japanese friends kindly talking with you every days ?

 

Miss Den: Yeah , I have found that one man is so interesting.

 

ISL: Do you usually have meal together ?
Miss Den: Not so often. I usually invite them to go to have the meals, but they not.

 

ISL : You can find some new friends if come to ISL .

 

Miss Den: Yeah, I really want to make some friends now. I have just a few Japanese friends so i feel very hard to find some events to join with .

 

ISL: So you should go to ISL and help us in some events . Thank you a lot for your cooperation , Miss Den.

第１回インタビューを行いました。

 

今回は理工学部機械工学EPのアイマンさんとシルベスターさん。

２人はどのように日本での生活に奮闘しているのでしょうか...?

 

自己紹介

アイマンです。マレーシア出身です。今は機械工学ＥＰに所属しています。

趣味はスポーツで、特にフットサルが大好きです。

シルベスターです。　同じくマレーシア出身です。機械工学ＥＰ所属です。

ゲームをするのが好きです。

 

Q1. ISLについて知っていますか？

2人：International Student Lounge?　それなら知っています。

 

どのように知ったのですか？

2人：日本語の授業でクラスメートから聞きました。でも具体的な情報は持っていません。

 

Q2.日本に来て困ったことは？

S: とても寒いです。

 

マレーシアと日本では気温がどのくらい違うのですか

S: はい、マレーシアはこの時期でも30度を超えるほど。常夏です。

A: 文化ですかね。例えば、日本人は時間に非常に正確で初め戸惑いました。

 

Q3.ISLに期待することは何ですか？　ISLでは現在、公的な書類の記入や日本語会話の練習をお手伝いしています。

A:そうですね。正直なところあまりよくわかりません。

 

ＩＳＬだけでなく全体的には？

S: 宿題に困っています。内容が難しい

A: 他のプログラムとは異なり、私たちは直接学部に属しています。他の日本人学生と違わない授業内容です。ですから、時々、授業の素早い展開についていけないことや、漢字の書き方、ノートの取り方など、戸惑うことがあります。

 

そういうときはチューターに頼む？

２人:はい、時々頼みます。

 

Q4.放課後は何をしていますか？

A: 家で晩御飯を作っています。

S: 彼の料理、とてもおいしいんですよ

ALL:　おおお

A: 料理は好きですね。何故かというと今までに自炊の必要があったからです。

 

マレーシアでは外食中心だと聞きました

A:確かに外食は安いので皆さんよく利用していますね。ですが、わたしは寮に住んでいましたので自炊する機会が多々ありました.

S:僕はお母さんに作ってもらっていましたね　笑

 

マレーシア料理を作るとき、どのように調味料を得ていますか

A:インターネットですね。ですが日本の調味料でも十分に料理できますよ。

 

マレーシアの調味料を販売しているお店があれば知りたいですか？

A:そうですね。

S：ただ輸入物は高いですよね。そこが困ったところです..

 

Q5.なぜ日本を留学先に選んだのですか?

A: 奨学金が充実していたからです。

S：それに加え、学校が教えてくれた留学先の中に、韓国、中国とまじり日本が入っていたからです。

 

Q6.日本語うまいですね

2人:二年間集中的に勉強しました。それが私たちのプログラムですから。

 

Q7.学校生活でどのようなところが楽しいですか？

2人:もちろん勉強ではありません笑

A:わたしはサッカーをするのが好きです。マレーシアでは放課後、決まった団体に所属しなくても誰でもサッカーができましたが、日本では部活やサークル単位で行っているところが多いですね。わたしは他にもバスケットボールもしたいと思うことがあるので、自ら場所を探し参加しています。

 

体育の授業で一緒でしたね。とても上手にボールを運んでいたので驚きました。

A:そんなことないですよ！普通普通　笑

 

S：国大には８つのテニスチームがあると聞きました。たくさんあるんですね。でも僕はテニスをすることよりやっぱりゲームが好きです。お家でインターネットゲームをする瞬間が楽しい。

Q8.学部を卒業したらどうするか決めていますか

A:正確にはまだ決められていません。大学院に行くか、日本で就職するか、マレーシアで就職するか、迷っています。ビジネスも勉強したい。

 

S:学部を卒業したら日本で働きたいです。自動車関連に興味があります。

 

Q9.具体的にはいつ日本にこようと決めましたか？

A:以前1年半横浜にいたことがあります。そこでとても日本や横浜がとても好きになったので、絶対もどってこようと思いました。

 

S:高校3年生の時ですね。留学先がたくさんあることを知ったのがその時でした。

 

 

 

 

Let us know about yourselves

 

I'm Aiman(A), from Malaysia. I belong to Mechanical Engineering EP.

My hobby is playing sports, especially football in the gym。

I'm Sylvester(S), from the same country, Malaysia. I belong to Mechanical Engineering EP too. I like playing game.

 

Q1.　Do you know about ISL?

BOTH：International Student Lounge?　We've just heard of it.

 

How did you get the information？

I've heard about the ISL from a classmate at Japanese class. But I don't know much about the details.

 

Q2.　What kind of problem do you encounter during life in Japan.

BOTH: Too cold.

Is there much difference in temperature between Malaysia and Japan?

S: Yes. It is about 30 degree in Malaysia, even in this season. Our country is always like summer.

A: Culture I think. For example, Japanese are so punctual.

 

Q3. 　What do you expect for ISL?　Our main jobs are, for instance, assisting writing official papers and helping you as partner of conversation in Japanese.

A:, I have no idea, to be honest.

 

Forget about the ISL just for now.

S: Assignments. They are sometimes thought to accomplish.

A Apart from the other programs for international students, we belong to department directly. I mean, we have the same lectures as for Japanese students. So, we have trouble on catching up with rapid lectures, the way of writing Kanjis and taking notes.

 

How do you solve those problem？ Do you rely on tutors?

A,S: Yes, sometimes.

 

 

 

Q4.　What do you do after school？

A: I'm cooking at home.

S His meals are so delicious.

ALL:　Wow

A: I like cooking. I had many chance to cook during living by myself in Malaysia.

 

I thought people in Malaysia often eat outside.

A: That's true. Eating outside is not so expensive, but since I've lived in a dormitory, I had to cook by myself for more savings.

S: Me? My mother did for me, I did not cook that much lol

 

How do you get seasonings made in Malaysia?

A: Through the Internet. But you can cook Malaysian meals only by Japanese one.

 

Do you need the information about Malaysian seasonings？

A: uh yes.

S：Imported things are always expensive right? That's the problem.

 

Q5.　Why did you chose Japan for studying?

BOTH: Because Japan has a lot of scholarship.

S：In addition, Japan was one choice of the course my school introduced.

 

Q6.　You two are really good at Japanese.

A: We've studied intensively for about two years. That's our program.

 

Q7.　When is the enjoyable moment for you？

BOTH: Study? Of course, NOT. lol

A:I like playing soccer. In Malaysia, people can enjoy it after school even they are not belong to particular groups. However, in Japan, it seems I have to join some teams, like club activity. I wanted to play other sports too. So I decided to find place in each time.

 

You have the same PE class last semester i guess. I was so surprised to see your performance with balls.

A:No, no,!

S：I heard there are 18 tennis club in the YNU. I’m so surprised about that.

I love to play game compared to play tennis though. It is the happiest time to play it in my routine.

 

Q8.　What do you decide the plan to do after graduation?

A: I’m not sure. I wonder I should go to the undergraduate school work at the company in Japan, or work in Malaysia. I also want to study business.

S:After graduation, I want to work in Japan! I’m considering working for car companies.

 

 

Q9.　When did you decide to come to Japan?

A:I lived in Yokohama for one and a half year before and this experience changed my life. Since then I became a fan of Japan so I decided to come back!

 

S: 3rd grades at high school. It was the time that I knew the fact that there are many universities which I can study!
